This wine shows Dark Garnet in color.  It gives a flavor of Bold Bing cherry and Presidential Plum fruit with hints of black olive, vanilla, market spice tea.  I think steak when I feel the black fruit; spicy tea and baker’s chocolate smoothly caress the palate.  Nice creamy length.  Yep, steak, or the pork chop, or the wild boar lasagna or let your mind wander.  Nice wine.
