After High School, he attended Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Portland where he graduated with honors. Josh has owned and operated a little restaurant in the Tri-cities before finding his place among the ranks for the past 10 years at Tagaris Winery. Sous Chef Paul Westover is Chef Josh's right hand man and is considered a "homegrown" chef. He was born and raised in Everett, where the influences of seafood and wild game captured his interests. After starting a family, he decided to settle down in Tri Cities and worked his way up in the restaurant industry. He has been working in kitchens for 23 years and has loved every part of it. In 2012, he brought his talent to the Tagaris team and joined Chef Josh. He thrives being in the kitchen and loves the teamwork the industry requires. He partners perfectly with Chef Josh DuQuist and refines the work of art that Tagaris offers.
