How to contact Tagaris Winery?

You can contact us via 509-628-1619 or by email at frontdesk@tagariswines.com

Our Wines
Are your wines vegan?

Yes, we opt for animal-free fining, so you can drink easy knowing no egg whites, fish bladders, or casein are used in the making of our wine.

Is your wine gluten-free?

Yes, all Tagaris wines are gluten-free. Grapes themselves are gluten-free and in our winemaking process, there is no introduction of gluten.

What makes your wine unique?

For Tagaris, we strive to produce the cleanest, most sustainable wine. We use only organically farmed and sustainably focused grapes from our own estate vineyard in WA State. All of our wines are vegan friendly, keto friendly, no unnecessary sugar, low sulfites, no colors or concentrates, and produced being 100% transparent with our customers.

Where and who makes your wines?

All three labels (Tagaris, Eliseo Silva, and Soaring Rooster) are produced by the one and only Frank Roth. We are 100% estate owned and grown, meaning that we only use the fruit that we grow. We believe the only way to control the quality of the wine you produce is to control everything from soil to cork.

We currently grow 33 conventional and certified WSDA Organic varietals of commonly known Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Malbec. We also grow unique varietals like Carmenere, Counoise, Petit Sirah, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, Muscat, Mourvedre, and Barbara.

Are there additives in your wine?

Our wines are produced from 100% premium wine grapes sourced from our own vineyards in Washington State. No artificial flavors are added in our wines.

How many calories are in wine?

Each wine is going to be different. The average glass (5 oz) of white wine is 121 calories where red wine is slightly above at 125 calories.

What temperature should I store and serve my wine?

We recommend that you serve white wine at approximately 46-50 degrees Fahrenheit and red wine at 53-57 degrees Fahrenheit. You should store your wine in a dark, dry, cool place on its side to prevent the cord from drying out.

We suggest large Burgundy-style glasses for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and large Bordeaux-style glasses for Cabernet and Sauvignon Blanc. That said, there are certain times in the backyard, camping trailer, or outdoors in which a paper cup might just have to do, and we encourage you not to let the absence of the ideal glassware get in the way of enjoying your wine, wherever you may find yourself. All in all, drink the wine how you best enjoy it!

Orders & Shipping
Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us ASAP! Some pending orders may be cancelled/updated. Once an order ships, no changes may be made.

Can my billing address be different than my shipping address?

Absolutely! When checking out online, you will be asked for both the shipping and billing addresses separately. If both addresses are the same, you will simply check the box stating the shipping will be "same as billing", to avoid entering the address twice.

Keep in mind that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. We can only ship inside the US.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll be sent a UPS tracking number in your confirmation email. You can also use the UPS tracker link (here) to track your wine shipment. Remember, an adult of 21 years of age or older must sign for the package.

What are your shipping rates & options?

Your shipping rate will depend on where you're shipping your wine to and how many bottles/cans you are shipping. Our shipping rates are calculated by UPS and represent the actual cost to ship your items (we do not upcharge). UPS Ground typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

Please expect to receive shipping confirmation and tracking information about 1-2 business days after your order has been placed.

Can I return my wine?

We'll replace or refund you for any bottle(s) of wine that are damaged, flawed, or that you find unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages.

Please note that temperatures above 88 degrees Fahrenheit and below 32 degrees Fahrenheit are a danger zone for your wine. Tagaris has a "Weather Watch" program that will hold any shipments outside of the safe zone, so that your wine will be delivered in optimal condition. If the weather permits, your wine ships!

If you would like to risk your wine shipment in the dangerous temperatures and forgo our Weather Watch program,  we are not held liable for any wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment.

For more information or to utilize our Weather Watch on your shipment, please contact our office at 509-628-1619 or email frontdesk@tagariswines.com

*If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card used for the original purchase and ship you the correct order or new bottles.

Do I need to be home when my wine is delivered?

The law requires that someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the wine. Not going to be home during the week days for delivery? Ship to your work address or an address where someone will be available to sign.

By placing an order, you verify that you and the order recipients are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery, the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid drivers license, military ID, passport, or State ID for identification. There will be a surcharge for this service from the shipping company and it will be passed on to the buyer. If the recipient is found to be under the age of 21 by the shipping company, the order will be returned to us and no refund will be given.

The package will be attempted to be delivered up to three times, with written notices each time by UPS. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to us and the buyer will be liable for paying the original shipping charge and return shipping charge.
