Did you know that we change our menu 4 times a year? Each menu change is influenced by what is in season and what our community is growing during that season. Local farmers have so much incredible produce to offer and we want to do our part in supporting our local community. Bringing in the freshest and highest quality produce for our guest is made a lot easier with the help of our farmers we have in our area. Every Friday when our Chef goes to the Richland Farmers Market, he comes back and is wagon is bountiful. If you drive north on Road 68 or 395, you will see all the farming that our community has to offer.

This summer season has pops of local flavors like sweet corn, canteloup, apricots, green beans, tomatoes, arugula and onions. Some of our ravable menu favorites are:

• Elote Niblets (corn cut lengthwise topped with parmesan cheese, housemade garlic parmesan aioli and paprika)

• Pan Seared Rainbow Trout (rainbow trout, fried saffron risotto cake topped with housemade apricot salsa)

• Spanish Pasta (fresh fettuccine, shrimp, clams, housemade chorizo, garlic, butter & housemade focaccia)

• Farmers Market Melon & Burrata Salad (wild arugula, red onion, cantaloupe, housemade sherry vinaigrette, prosciutto, burrata, housemade balsamic reduction)

• Diablo Burger (housemade chorizo patty, tomato, greens, white cheddar, salsa verde, aioli, fried egg, onion ring, jalapeno)

• Roasted Rack of Lamb (dijon mustard, panko, lamb rack, marinated cannellini bean salad, mint, tomatoes, red onion)

• Mediterranean Lemon Chicken (chicken thighs, orecchiette pasta salad, green bell peppers, grape tomatoes, greek yogurt dressing)
